We'll always trreat you like a VIP because every one of our patients is a VIP to us.
 
If you're an established patient and if you're ill, my staff will always arrange to get you in to see me the same day you call.
 
I will always see you promptly at your appointment time (no long waits in our reception room).
 
I'll spend as much time with you as your problem requires (no rushing).
 
My staff will always do their best to be responsive to your needs.   (New patients are always delighted to discover how nice it is to be "spoiled rotten" by our caring staff.)
 
My patients can almost always reach me directly 24/7 by cell phone if they have an urgent medical problem.    Because I know each of my patients so well, I can usually start them on some sort of treatment at once and then follow up with them in the office within the next day or two.
 
The focus of my practice has always been preventive medicine, being diligent about identifying and correcting minor problems early before they can become major problems.    You can count on me to be proactive, not reactive.   I'll be doing everything I can think of to help you stay healthy; so I will encourage you to have regular thorough physical exams and followup visits to keep tabs on any chronic health conditions.

WHAT WE ASK YOU TO DO FOR US:

• If you're an established patient, please call us early in the morning if you'd like to be seem that same day.
   
• Arrive promptly for your appointment.   This office runs on time.
   
• Each of our patients receives the HIGHEST-QUALITY VIP SERVICE.    We are able to devote the time necessary to provide this level of care and attention because we do not participate in any managed care plans, and we do not file insurance.    Instead we ask that you please pay your entire bill at the time of service (just as you do with any of your other service providers: your hairdresser, veterinarian, auto mechanic, etc.) if you are satisfied with the quality of the service you receive.   
       We will then give you a completed insurance claim form which you can mail to your insurance company in order to be reimbursed for your out-of-network benefits. (Also please see My Fees)

      Around the country, some doctors are beginning to restrict their practices exclusively to VIP's who are willing to pay extra for special treatment.
     In my office you won't have to pay extra to be treated like a VIP because I've always given every one of my patients VIP treatment at no extra charge.    It's up to each family to decide if this is the kind of health care that's right for them.
